How do you count nodes?
A node is any target environment where the CrateRunner agent is installed — whether that's a physical server, VM, or edge device. Containers running on that node don't count separately.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer discounts for startups or non-profits?
